Bernd Liedtke is a highly skilled executive with over two decades of specialized experience in the megayacht and maritime industries. Currently serving as the Head of Sales at Nobiskrug- and FSG GmbH since April 2021, Bernd has demonstrated profound expertise in leading complex projects in one of the most prestigious sectors of shipbuilding.

Prior to his current role, he was the Director of Proposal Management and Director of Procurement for Nobiskrug GmbH and its affiliated yards, German Naval Yards Kiel GmbH and Lindenau GmbH, from January 2010 to April 2021.

His career trajectory showcases significant experience managing procurement and proposal processes at top-tier shipyards, with a keen focus on the luxury yacht segment. Bernd’s leadership has been crucial in steering the conceptualization and construction of several high-profile superyachts, most notably the “SAILING YACHT A,” a project that underscored his capability to meld complex systems, manufacturing excellence, and meticulous craftsmanship.

Before his tenure at Nobiskrug, Bernd honed his purchasing and management skills as Head of Purchasing and Head of Expediting at ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems from July 2005 to December 2009 and earlier as Project Manager at Lürssen Krögerwerft from April 2001 to June 2005.

He began his managerial career as Head of Property and Facility Management at the Kiel Institute of World Economics, holding this position for thirteen years, which provided him with a robust foundation in operational management and strategic planning.
